Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Doge Soft websites, applications, documentation, APIs, browser extensions, and related products and services (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
“Doge Soft,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operators of dogesoft.io and related Doge Soft properties (including but not limited to wallet experiences, explorer, markets tooling, bridge interfaces, developer documentation, and community features). These Terms apply to the Services we make available under the Doge Soft brand.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you:
- are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (and at least 18 years old);
- have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement; and
- are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law, sanctions, or regulation.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with the laws that apply to you.
3. The Services
Doge Soft provides software interfaces and informational tools related to the Dogecoin ecosystem. Features may include wallet software, blockchain explorers, market screens, swap/liquidity interfaces, bridging interfaces, games and rewards features, developer documentation, and APIs.
The Services may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued in whole or in part at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation.
Not financial services. Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, Doge Soft does not provide banking, custody of your private keys, investment advice, brokerage, exchange operation on your behalf, or legal, tax, or accounting advice.
4. Self-custody wallet and keys
Where the Services include a wallet or signing interface, you understand and agree that:
- you control your private keys, seed phrases, passkeys, or other signing material (together, “Keys”), and we do not have access to them;
- we cannot recover lost Keys, reverse blockchain transactions, or restore access if you lose credentials, devices, or backups;
- you are solely responsible for safeguarding Keys, devices, and any recovery information;
- transactions you authorize are typically irreversible once confirmed on the relevant network; and
- you must carefully review every transaction, signature request, and destination address before approving.
If you import or create a wallet, you do so at your own risk. Compromised devices, phishing, malicious dApps, and social engineering can result in permanent loss of assets.
5. Digital asset and protocol risks
Cryptocurrencies, tokens, inscriptions, and related digital assets (including DOGE, DRC-20 Coins, Doginals, and other assets) involve substantial risk. Prices can be volatile. Networks can congest, fork, reorganize, or fail. Smart contracts, indexers, bridges, oracles, and third-party protocols can contain bugs or be exploited. You may lose some or all of the value of assets you interact with.
Nothing in the Services is an offer to sell, solicitation to buy, or recommendation of any digital asset, investment, or trading strategy. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion;
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Services, networks, or related systems;
- probe, scrape, or overload the Services in a way that harms availability or other users (except where expressly permitted by our docs or robots rules);
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate others;
- upload malware or attempt to compromise users’ Keys or devices;
- use the Services to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; or
- circumvent access controls, rate limits, or security features.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including branding, logos, UI design, text, graphics, and software (excluding open-source components licensed separately and content you submit), are owned by Doge Soft or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose, subject to these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials except as allowed by law or with our prior written permission. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
8. Third-party services and links
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, wallets, protocols, APIs, app stores, or data providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, security, or availability. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy practices.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant the accuracy of market data, indexer outputs, balances, transaction statuses, or any on-chain or off-chain information displayed in the Services.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOGE SOFT AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Doge Soft and its contributors, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your digital-asset activity, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Changes to the Services and Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Doge Soft operators principally administer the Services, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence require otherwise.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, courts of competent jurisdiction may hear the matter, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have.
These Terms are provided for transparency and operational clarity. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction.
